Subu was not spayed as she was already old and would not be able to stand the anesthesia. None of the ground workers saw any male dogs into her kennel as she is kept in the kennel all by herself. Subu, we miss you dearly.

RIP..
The poor doggie that was dumped outside the shed few weeks ago did not survived. Farewell and RIP, doggie. We hope you’re in a better place now…

Cutie Pie Angel who’s a darling has left us too after fighting for her life for days. We will miss you, Angel.
Remember 3 of Tri Tri’s pups who rocked all their way to their new home in Port Dickson last November 2009?
We received a call this evening. Brown Brown has left Mr Bala and family last evening. The vet was called in the night before to save her but in vain. They suspected that she might have taken some rat poison found on the beach she was playing on.Her departure is deeply missed and forever cherished by Mr Daniel & Mr Bala & family. May she rest in peace.
Bubbles, who’s a bundle of joy during the IOI adoption drive, has bid us farewell to join the departed furrizens in heaven.
Bubbles, whom i nicknamed Yawning Bubbles for the obvious reason will be missed tremendously by us. She was so loved by everyone of us who were at the adoption drive.

Bubbles, Rest In Peace…
MAY YOU REST IN PEACE.
WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU.
After 4mths of feeding you, we still could not gain your trust. We do not blame you for being so wary of humans. Some humans really do not spare other living soul who are homeless and voiceless. You need not be afraid anymore. You are Free now…..
Rest In Peace, Dear Samy and Poppy.
We’re sorry we didn’t manage to find both of you a home. It break our hearts to see both of you off to rainbow bridge but…
We truly hope you two are in a much much better place now.
Darling little Mandy had crossed the rainbow bridge to knock knock knock on heaven’s door at 7pm yesterday.
Dearest Mandy,
We hope you can feel our of love of you, at this time - shedding tears of loss and sadness.
I am sorry I was not there for you when you left, i'm sorry I didn't kiss you goodbye and didn't hold your hand for assurance till the beautiful light took you away.
I wanted to be there for you but you departed while I was away... never had a chance to say proper goodbye..
I'll pray so you would find your way into heaven...
Choo Chai was taken back from the vet to be nursed. Aunty Kiew made a hammock for him to sleep in as he was having bed sores. After she prepared some chicken porridge for him she found him sleeping peacefully in the hammock. May he rest in peace...
Thank You to all who have sponsored Choo Chai during the Pet World Expo last weekend. We have resorted to changing his name from Jacky to Choo Chai. Call us superstitious if you want, but we hope by changing his name to Choo Chai (The name commonly used in olden days by the Chinese community where mortality rate of birth for young children was high and they believe that giving children animals names will give them a better chance of survival) he will recover fast. With heavy hearts we bid him farewell.
The funds collected for Chooi Chai will be kept and used for other puppies in need.
Someone abandoned ET when she was a lil pup & left her with Aunty Kiew.
Aunty Kiew renamed her ET as she had relatively big belly which resembled the look of an ET (Alien).
Sending ET off for cremation… =(
Dear ET,
We really hope you had a good time with us. We hope you enjoyed the company of all other puppies at the shed and we are sure all other puppies loved playing with you.
We still remember you being a big bully & greedy and always finished the puppy’s food.
We still remember you hid under the shelf in the puppy shed during thunderstorm.
We still remember how you loved playing with the puppies as we know you were very much a puppy at heart.
“There are things that we don’t want to happen but have to accept,
things we don’t want to know but have to learn,
and those we can’t live without but have to let go.”
Good bye dear ET. Maybe part of loving is learning to let go. We love you loads but we really, really not willing to let you go. We know you gonna have a blast over the rainbow bridge! Take care!
XoXo,
Aunties
Darling Sulise has joined Ah Wong & Dangdut, gone to Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday night.
I was praying hard that you did not have to suffer much before your last breathe.
You were such a fighter.
When I saw you lying motionless in the cage, with your eyes still opened, you looked much smaller than I could remember
I am sorry that that you had to endure pain for weeks
I am truly sorry that the thought of ‘putting you to sleep’ even crossed my mind as I can’t bear seeing you trembling in pain. Thinking that might be a better option for you
Who am I to determine your life? You were fighting so hard and never, ever give up on yourself yet I secretly wanted to give up on you
I still remember the first time I saw you around my neighborhood. I brought you to my house & you were shivering in fear. Mum asked me let you go as you belong to a neighbor uncle
My puzzlement grew when I saw you were always hanging out with Dino & Jimmy. Two big white, male dogs with a small black pup tagged along, roaming freely, weird huh?
I still remember the times when you never failed to recognise my car when I go back to my parent’s house every weekend
You will jump into my car to look for food and snacks
Oh ya…. you are a sucker for Jerhigh
I remember how you & Dino & Jimmy managed to find out which house I stay in, waited outside my house to ask for food & also some attention. I know all 4 of you were craving for attention & tender, loving, care.
Jimmy(Left), Dino (right) & Sulise (not in the pix) waited outside my house, begging for food at 12 midnight.
The big brother, Dino & sister, Godiva got adopted a week after brought to the shed.
I still remember how Dino & Godiva bullied you when I fed you weekly. You had transformed from a timid girl to a brave girl now. Even started showing your naughtiness by bullying the smaller-sized pups in the shed.
You were the 1st dog rescued from the pound. April thought of renaming you LUCKY. I wanted to name you MYRA (short for miracle). We have no idea how Fan ended up calling you Sulise.
Been questioning ourselves since then. Should we have sent you back to your previous, irresponsible owner when we were facing lotsa uncertainties? What if we had sent you back to the uncle? You might not fall sick & endure so much pain.
You are such an angel that God decided to you are better off running happily on the rainbow bridge. We knew that God has worked a miracle in you. Against all odds you stayed with us for weeks.
You are our heroine. You are our miracle.
We love you dearly, Sulise. R.I.P.
Auntie Kiew smsed us yesterday telling us Ah Wong went to the puppy shelter crying for help in the morning. The Indian guy from fish pond saw her vomiting . When Auntie Kiew reached there late afternoon, Ah Wong was lying in the drain motionless.
We sent both of them to the vet but we are still TOO late. They did not pull through the illness.
Wong, Angels will keep watch over you
As you dream and rest...
Dear Dangdut, Sleep tight, sweet dreams,
Don’t let the bedbugs bite…
♥
I tiptoed into the isolation room,
Not wanting to wake both of them up,
I wanted to sneak a peek and see how they are recovering.
They were lying on their sides like how they usually nap under the car.
I’m gonna get them this time.
Finally I’ve got my chance to pat them. I can finally hug them.
But it felt different this time.
I have always thought dogs have very short breath,
their chests always moving too fast even during their sleep.
This time it was different.
They were sleeping so soundly, dreaming about angels,
resting beside God.
I know it's hard to say goodbye,
But in my thoughts and heart you'll stay
Until again we meet.
R.I.P. Ah Wong & Dangdut ♥
Dangdut feeling helpless looking at her mum suferring
Dear All,
This is the saddest part of our mission. Our resident dogs are the victims. Why? Because they are still weary of humans and if we can ever get the chance to touch them, its not a good sign. It means they are in pain and wants to know what its like to be hugged before they leave. Very heartbreaking. We never get the chance to vacinate them and that is why the unvaccinated dogs are the first to suffer.
