Since young Elsa has this connection with other living beings . She has no fear with 5 snakes all round her shoulders and holding baby crocodile (ee…eee…I fear reptiles!) at a very young age. According to her mum,she will even play with worms found on vegetables! Woh! That is something most kids will not do nowadays. Finally after 3 years of asking her parents for a pet, they relented. This young lady too does not want to buy BUT to ADOPT! Hmm….. I am really very happy that she understands that there are alot of furrfrenz who are without homes.
Elsa understands that an orphaned puppy will cry for warmth of a mummy in the middle of the night. She puts a small clock besides the puppy, now renamed Ginger every night when Ginger goes to sleep. The ticking of the clock will make Ginger feel more secure and will sleep soundly.
It Works! Elsa really did her homework before she adopts. We are really impressed.
Elsa, Thanks for this piece of advise. We learn from you too. Do share with us what else you have read to bring up a good and obedient pet. Let’s share with other young pet owners Wannabe.

He rolled down from the side of the hill and got stuck .
This is the slope where all the puppies rolled down for the past 48hours.
With the help of some workers along this road and co0peration of the residents, all 9 puppies were saved. They need not have to live dangerously now.
Thanks to Jennifer who agreed to house all of them till they are big enough to be rehomed and Chiun Chin who has been looking out for them, she found 2 crawling in the middle of the road in the evening. Chiun Chin too has rehomed 8 of Lady’s previous puppies through Facebook.
“Sai Low(little brother) what takes you so long to come down?”

Aren’t they cute? Obviously they are up for adoption too.
The residents along this street too hope that this will be Lady’s last batch of puppies. We will try our very best to spay her in due course. Keep our fingers XXXX that Lady will find a good owner too.
Pictures on the left is Simon(one of our rescued pup re homed,returned and re homed) taken a month ago.She and her sisters were rescued by Aunty Kiew from the market sometime back in February 2010.
Pictures on the right column is Micky(brown and white ) and Mini(black and white) taken yesterday.

Something not right here….we begin to probe further.
This could be the 3rd or 4th pregnancy of this mama dog. Haiz……….. We felt terrible hearing this. We found out that Micky and Mini are her puppies that were adopted out of 8. Some were given away, and the rest were found in the market!!! THE MARKET!!! The Market where Aunty Kiew kept on picking up puppies!!! We felt like screaming. Our sixth sense tell us this is where the puppies are from.
Micky and Mini are now available for adoption. The kind maid is waiting for someone to adopt them, by asking passerby of the house. Sigh,sigh………. we are just speechless. If efforts were taken to spay this mama, this will never happen……….
Now, we have to monitor this mama,named Lady. We have to ensure that she will be spayed after birth and the puppies will be adopted and not be found in the market anymore!

We are so SORRY that we did not manage to save you…….. We wished we had paid more attention to you, have more time with you…. There were so many people calling to adopt you, but we just wonder why it did not happen… We wish ….haiz… we are forever wishing and hoping the best for all of you here…. We wonder whether we did anything wrong….
Gim was really upset when we told him you did not make it. He adores you but too bad he can’t keep you though he really wish to. He told us he had to sleep next to you while fostering you.You were an angel after the first night.He was so pleased with your good behavior while accompanying him to work. Sigh,sigh…..
WE MISS YOU KARA!!!!! Now you need not have to wait for us to find you a good home. Now you are in Good Hands and in Good Home. Sorry we did not bid Randy farewell. Tell her though we may not openly tell her, she has never been erased from our heart. WE MISS HER TOO!!!

Uncle Loh was kind of quiet when he was here as his previous companion pet just passed away.When he finally saw Wally he was instantly attracted to his beautiful black coat and gentle nature. So off he goes home with Uncle Loh who could not be more than happy to carry him when he saw that his grandson don’t seem to be able to carry him properly. Uncle Loh you will not regret having Wally by your side. He is definitely a good companion.
“Puppy has been very good and obedient for the past week and not forgetting very adorable we love her very much. Will be bringing her for her first vaccination” that is from Yvvone who is from Melaka. Sounds happy and please huh?
Ally was captivated by Simon’s playfulness when she came over to see the puppies and finally she decided to come in for the second time to take her home as a companion for her poodle.Well, Ally I am sure Simon will be a good companion.

They are picked up from the wet market again! They are spotless,very clean so its obvious they put there on purpose.They have this sad look.We suppose they are scare after being dumped in an unfamiliar surrounding. If anyone out there can offer them a place in your house, please do so. They need love and care.
