Pictures and updates of our ex-furrizen never fail to make us smile.
ANd today we’re very delighted to receive pictures and updates of Mercy from Richard.
Thanks Richard and Jessie for the lovely pic and most importantly for believing in Macy and giving her the opportunity to show how clever she is ..hehe!
ANd some updates on Mercy’s class that really make us proud (although we had nothing to do with it) and just prove that given an opportunity, any dog can be a great dog =)
Just a quick update( I know you must be swarmed with lots of task after the adoption drive!)
Macy had passed her Basic Obedience test with 81 Marks. She almost top the class at 96 marks but unfortunately she didnt do well for 1 item(down, stay), she stood up as she was restless and therefore 15 marks for that was deducted. haha....
Anyway, the remark from the examiner was" Macy has the best heeling among of the entire class and she did very well for all except for the down stay item".
She walks like a beauty and perform all the rest of the items effortlessly.
Her class mates include rottweiler, golden retrievers, poodle, schnauzer etc....all pedigree dogs!! But she stood out like a star!
She will commence her pre novice training(3 months) on 8 May 2011 and after that, i will take her to the agility and obstacle training which she can then jump and run as she always love to!
Macy’s obedience graduation is due in July and we really really hope we could be there to cheer for her >_< Fingers crossed that we will be able to attend the special moment =)

~SNowie saying goodbye to her fosterer Mrs Lai~
We’re so glad to receive her latest pictures from her adopter!
~Snowie, now.. looking chic with the pink flower ~
Snow white is now called Snowie =) Ain’t she stunning?
We like to thank the adopter again for giving snowie a loving home =)
Many thanks to everyone whom had contributed towards the fund needed for cementing the floor in the shed. The cement work is now in progress =)
~ Work in progress for kennel 2 ~
Our regrets is that we didn’t do this earlier. One of the reason that hold us back is the thought that do we still want to spend the money cementing the shed when we’re not sure how long do we have till we have to move out from our current location due to the development that will take place soon.
But after hearing that the development won’t take place this year ( keeping our fingers and toes crossed tightly ) and long discussion among ourselves, we decided that the cementing should be a go. We hope that with the cementing, cleaning the shed would be easier, thus contributing to a better hygiene.
~ The completed part : Kennel 3 ~
Can guess who they are? Bet nobody can.
They are Marco and Pepper. See how clean the front of their house is, no shoes will be spared if there is one. Oh, cars too are not spared if they are obstructing their view outside. Marco, the white male is the naughty one who will sometimes dashed out of the house and refuse to come back. Petit mama have a hard time controlling him and is thinking of finding a home for him if someone is willing to accept him, otherwise she will still keep him. On the other hand Pepper is the good nature female companion. She is a gentle lady despite her size.
Still clueless who they are?
Flashback …………….
Titi and Nafa renamed Pepper and Marco with the Sngs
Yes,they are Aunty Kiew’s 2nd batch of rescue after the 12 soldiers. They were from Kajang. We did not mentioned anything about them in our blog as all 5 of them were adopted when we started our blog. They were rescued during one of the search for our riverside Ah Boy who went missing on the first day after been adopted in Kajang in Sept 2009.
Keiko, the Celebrity Pup
Jayne who readopted one of Sai e's pup - keiko brought keiko to visit Sai e at ms leong's place. The reunion wasn't a happy one as Sai e could not recognize her.Being very territorial, Keiko ended up having a big hole and 4 stitches on her cheeks! Even Fei mui who is staying with Sai e since young was very angry with keiko's arrival too.
Poor Keiko,if only we had not been so eager to look for a home for her then, they would have been together today :((
He is one of those new pups we never get to know. Sad huh? We have so many pups till we have no time to know them. He is named Snoopy by adopter Christine.
2 weeks later when I visited him again,he squealed with fright and ran to the corner of the door entrance. Well I know he has gone to a good home but kinda disappointed that he did not wag his tail on seeing me like what other furrizens did when I visited them.
We have so many puppies to rehome these days till we really lost the personal touch we used to have with them. On the hindsight he is lucky to find a home unlike 4 of his siblings who subsequently succumbed to the virus in the shed recently.
Christine Thanks for giving Little Snoopy a home!
Can’t see who she is?
As usual, this timid girl did not budge when I stood at the gate and kept calling her name for more than 10 minutes! She just sat under the car as if I am invisible!
She finally stood up, wagged her tail and walked to her favourite spot in the house when the housekeeper let me in. That’s Sooni alright. The cool girl.
Oh! She is an ardent gardener too and always try to hide her bone.
Can you all see the half eaten piece of bone in the picture?
Kudos to Mrs Lai who took the trouble to trap her when she was roaming freely outside the temple.
If she was not brought back to the shed, she would have missed the opportunity to stay in a proper home.
According to the housekeeper, Sooni is a good guard dog. Will bark at strangers outside the house. Hmm… not bad. She is not that timid after all!
Can you see who he is?.
John John .
Mama could not catch up with him
Mama told John John that his patience for waiting for us to visit him pays.
Sorry John John we could not visit you as often as you wish .We are busy looking for good homes like yours for your other furrizens still in the shed.
On the first day of arrival in his new home, Silver was introduced to his companion Johnathan.
Silver now has shiny black hair. According to Siew Yee she has been feeding him Good food as Silver is kinda picky with his food! Nottie, nottie Silver ! “He is actually a Devil in disguished!” added Siew Yee. “He will disturbs Johnathan, bites his tail too!”
I am sure Silver has brought and will continue to bring more laughter and joy to this Lim family. He has loads and loads of mischief up on his sleeve according to Siew Yee.
Phewww-it!!
Check out the re-invented Siew Siew with her new fur-do!! Courtesy of Alice’s Luxurious Spa getaway =)
Siew Siew look so different now some of us thought she’s a newly rescued dog @_@
Siew Siew is still not used to her new stardom, so she always run away when I try to snapped her pictures :D
Hmmphh.. Siew Siew, don’t frown so much.. you’ll get older faster >_<
Check out the patch of white fur on Siew Siew’s chest!
We didn’t even realized she has white fur last time due to her skin condition.
To Alice, thanks a trillion for the phenomenal make-over!!
We hope we can keep up with your awesome work on Siew Siew.
