Elsa the blind Shih Tzu just got adopted!

This is Elsa, the blind Shih Tzu who was born with two blind eyes and likely to have been thrown out from a puppy mill. We are now really delighted to inform that Elsa has been adopted by Madeline of Shah Alam!
